What Is A Life Coaching Session Like?
The first meeting is complimentary and may last around 30-45 min.
In this introductory session, we hope to get to know the client better. We will next identify some issues that the client would like to work on.
Depending on the complexity of the issue(s), we would then mutually decide on the number of session(s) needed to help client arrive at their end goal(s).
The coach brings the client through the session(s) to get clarity over the issue(s) discussed. The client is fully accountable for their own actions after a coaching session.
The coach also acts as an accountability partner in this entire journey.
