As a former mid-senior executive, I had extensive experience working with global teams and work cultures. Having led cross-functional teams, I deeply understand the importance of team dynamics and how active listening and engagement can motivate individuals to perform their best.

Fuelled by this passion in helping others, I embarked on my coaching journey and was accredited as a Professional Certified Coach in June 2022.

Coaching allows one to understand and gain new insights into their thinking and behaviours, which brings forth changes and adjustments in one’s life.

Through coaching, I’ve learnt to tune in to my thoughts, identify triggers and how to work around them. Not only have I experienced a deeper sense of peace and fulfilment, I’ve found my inner compass which points me in the right direction towards my desired career path.
