Goodbye OCD, Anxiety, Aches and Low Energy: Chirag’s Incredible Recovery Story

Goodbye OCD, Anxiety, Aches and Low Energy: Chirag’s Incredible Recovery Story

Written by

At his lowest point, Chirag was dealing with a pile-up of symptoms that, for years, chipped away at both his mental steadiness and physical comfort.

OCD was the biggest one, but the constant aches, spiralling thoughts and drained energy didnโ€™t help matters.

After attempting two healing modalities – hypnotherapy and nutrition therapy – his condition improved by 70%. Thatโ€™s no mean feat!

In this interview, he talks through his journey, what helped, and why the combination made such a difference.

1. Share with us the health conditions you are trying to resolve

Iโ€™ve been working on managing my OCD, constant body aches and thoughts related to pre-existing health conditions, as well as recurring nightmares that often left me feeling anxious and exhausted.

2. How did the conditions affect you?

The OCD made it difficult to relax or focus โ€” my mind was always racing with repetitive thoughts.

Constant worrying thoughts around the slightest body pain was another major struggle.

The nightmares made me restless, and I rarely woke up feeling well-rested or clear-headed.

3. How did they start and what triggered your conditions?

The OCD tendencies started during a very stressful period in my life when I was trying to balance work, family responsibilities, and health issues.

Regular health issues worsened over time as my blood sugar levels fluctuated and stress built up.

I believe my subconscious mind was holding on to unresolved emotions, which contributed to both my physical pain and sleep disturbances.

4. How has the hypnotherapy session helped you?

The hypnotherapy with Eugene helped me uncover emotional patterns I wasnโ€™t fully aware of. During the session, I felt a deep sense of calm and release โ€” almost like my mind and body finally had permission to let go.

Since then, my anxiety and OCD symptoms have noticeably decreased, and Iโ€™ve had more restful nights without nightmares.

Celery juice heals aches and low energy

5. How has celery juice helped you?

Adding celery juice to my daily routine has been surprisingly powerful. It has helped reduce muscular aches and made my digestion smoother. I also noticed better energy.

When combined with the emotional work from hypnotherapy, it feels like my body and mind are finally working together toward healing. I rest better now too.

6. How long did it take to see results?

I noticed a shift within the first couple of weeks. The first thing that changed was the way I responded to stressful thoughts โ€” they didnโ€™t feel as overpowering. Over the next month, my physical pain started easing up, and I began sleeping more peacefully.

7. What percentage of your illnesses remains today?

Iโ€™d say about 20โ€“30% remains.

I still have occasional moments of discomfort or anxiety, but theyโ€™re far more manageable. The difference is that I now have the tools and awareness to calm my mind and body quickly.

8. What are your next steps to combat the conditions?

Iโ€™ll be continuing with my celery juice routine. Iโ€™m also focusing more on meditation, gentle exercise, and mindful eating to support my healing process.

Why hypnotherapy first, then nutrition?

Chirag first reached out for hypnotherapy. Somewhere along the way, the work expanded into nutrition too. How did this happen?

Chirag

My view on illness is simple: the source of the problem is either in the mind or the body. We cannot ignore one or the other.

I primarily practice hypnotherapy. While it has produced phenomenal results for many people, itโ€™s not a magic bullet. Over the years, Iโ€™ve noticed that people battling OCD often deal with a long list of physical symptoms. That pattern led me to suspect that what appears โ€œmentalโ€ could be rooted in the body. So I adapted a nutrition protocol to support those symptoms directly.

To date, my clients who had OCD, ADHD, autism, gastritis and even procrastination have benefited from it. Their progress mirrors my own long and arduous journey out of dementia, OCD, depression, panic attacks and more. I was informed that they were purely mental symptoms delinked from the body. But I have since learned that itโ€™s a wrong assumption.

Therefore, after finishing the hypnotherapy session with Chirag, I enquired about his long-standing symptoms. He listed them one after another, and that was enough for me to steer him toward the nutrition plan. The improvement that followed speaks for itself.

Healing is tough work

Healing is a tough journey and it fazes a lot of people.

The medical system rarely has useful answers for the chronic conditions people struggle with. Iโ€™ve met many clients and friends whose doctors told them to live with their symptoms and stay medicated indefinitely. Itโ€™s a bleak way to live life.

Feeling frustrated, many of the chronically ill are driven towards alternative health approaches. But that world has its own blind spots too. One client told me that she even tried urine therapy (i.e. drinking her own pee) out of desperation.

To make matters worse, health advice from the online gurus is a mess of contradictions. One expert swears off fats, another praises them. Same story for coffee, meat, fruit, vegan diets and everything in between. You name it, you have it.

Sounds familiar? Youโ€™re not alone in this.

Chirag has made huge progress, and so can you.

Recovery doesnโ€™t have to drag on for years. Change can happen quickly in a matter of weeks.

If youโ€™re ready to move forward, Iโ€™m right here with you.
