Hello! I’m Fern.

I have more than 12 years of working experience in luxury retail MNCs as a Marketing and Sales professional managing different teams and I have always been known as a people developer.

In my former corporate life as a mid-senior executive, I have extensive experience working with global teams and work cultures. Having led and facilitated cross-functional teams, I deeply understand the importance of team dynamics and how active listening and engagement can motivate individuals to perform to the best of their abilities.

Fuelled by this passion in helping others, I embarked on my own coaching journey and was accredited as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation in June 2022.

Coaching allows one to understand and gain new insights into their thinking and behaviours, which brings forth changes and adjustments in one’s life.

Through coaching, I’ve learnt to listen in to my own thoughts, identify those triggers and understand how to work around them. Not only have I experienced a deeper sense of peace and fulfilment, I’ve found my inner compass which points me in the right direction towards my own career path.
